LIAC42 - To Be or not to Be

This week, Madeline Overton and Peter Quigley presented at LIAC42 - To Be or not to Be : Understanding the star, the disk, and the stripped companions, held by the IAU working group on active B-stars and hosted by the University of Liège. The workshop was organized around four main themes:

• Distinguishing characteristics of Be stars
• The companions to Be stars
• Physics of the outflowing gaseous disks
• Single and multiple-star evolutionary channels
